It depends on whether the use is commercial. Donations from personal streams and ad revenue that a platform pays automatically, such as YouTube AdSense or the Shorts fund, are treated as non-commercial, so you can use Standard. Videos under a direct contract with an advertiser (PPL or brand sponsorship), videos made at an advertiser's request, delivering work you produced for someone else, and offline concerts require Commercial. For commissioned work, the person making it needs the Commercial license, not the client.

Standard is for one worker using motions for live streaming, YouTube, Shorts, and SNS videos, and games or apps distributed for free (including ad revenue). Commercial can be used within the same organization with no limit on the number of workers, and covers commercial video production, offline concerts, motions for characters in paid games, and paid sale of motions inside a game or service (reselling the original files is not allowed). The terms have no limit on the number of characters (IP). You choose a license each time you buy a motion, and a motion received with a free-use voucher uses the license you chose when you received it. If your motion-related revenue, including donations and ad revenue, averages 10,000,000 KRW or more per month over the last 3 months, you fall under Enterprise; in that case please let us know through a 1:1 inquiry and the terms will be discussed separately.

The step of choosing personal or business no longer exists. Every account is 'General', and only accounts specially designated under the Enterprise criteria differ. The scope of use is set not by your account but by the license (Standard or Commercial) you chose when buying a motion. Motions bought as Single-Basic before the overhaul were changed to Standard, and those bought as Multi-Pro or Ultimate to Commercial, with no extra charge. Your purchase list may still show the old tier names. The default license applied when you buy can be changed anytime in your profile.

In My Page > Purchased Motions, click the 'Standard' badge on the motion to upgrade it to Commercial. You pay only the 'Amount to Pay' shown on screen in credits, and if you don't have enough credits, a top-up prompt appears. Only Standard to Commercial is supported, not the reverse. An upgrade order can also be canceled (within 7 days of payment), and canceling returns the license to Standard. While the upgrade remains, the original purchase cannot be canceled separately. Products without a displayed sale price cannot be upgraded. If there is no badge, or the badge shows an old name instead of 'Standard' and can't be clicked, please let us know through a 1:1 inquiry.

Selling or handing out the original motion files (FBX, etc.) to others is not allowed under any license, even for free. Please deliver finished results, such as the completed video, to your client. Collaborators such as editors or contractors may access the files only as needed for the project and under your direction, and may not keep the originals separately or use them for other purposes. Standard is for one worker, so Commercial is required when several people work together. Putting motions inside a game or service is allowed, and commercial use requires Commercial. Using or handing over the original motions as AI model training or evaluation data is also not allowed.

Motions made with motion generation can be used freely, including for commercial purposes. You can sell or share the videos, games, and other results made with those motions. However, you may not sell or share the generated motion files themselves (BVH, FBX, etc.) with others. You are responsible for the portrait rights of people in the input video and the rights to choreography made by others. Unlike store motions, the scope of use for generated motions is not set by Standard or Commercial but by Article 5-2 of the Terms of Service.

Yes, you can request it through Custom Order. Please use the 'Custom Order' page in the top menu.

In a 1:1 inquiry, choose 'New motion suggestion' and leave the song title, artist, and the section you want. We use suggestions as a reference when choosing which choreographies to produce. If you really need a choreography, you can order it directly from 'Custom Order' in the top menu.

Credits you receive monthly from a subscription are split into 'base credits' and 'bonus credits'. Base credits carry over and do not disappear even if you cancel. Bonus credits (the additional subscription credits in the terms) expire in full when the billing period ends and do not carry over. When you spend credits, free (bonus) credits are used first. Credits you top up yourself do not expire, and bonus credits received with a top-up can be used for 1 year from the day you receive them.

You can cancel in My Page > Credit & Subscription > 'Cancel Subscription'. After you cancel, the next payment and credit grant stop, and you can keep using your benefits until the end of the period. While time remains in the period, you can continue the subscription with 'Resume Subscription'. For a refund of unused subscription credits, please send a 1:1 inquiry. If the cancellation fails with an error, let us know the same way.

Within 7 days of payment, for products you have not started downloading, you can request cancellation and a refund yourself in My Page > 'Purchase History'. If an order has several products, you can cancel only those you have not downloaded, and products you have started downloading cannot be canceled. If you apply a motion bought in Studio to your own character (retargeting), it is treated as downloaded even if you did not save the file, so it can no longer be canceled. For payments made with credits, refunded credits are reflected in your balance right away (bonus credits used in the payment that expired in the meantime are not returned). When refunded, the license for that motion is also removed. For a motion whose license was upgraded, you must cancel the upgrade order first before canceling the original purchase. For a motion that differs from its description or was not provided as contracted, you can request a refund through a 1:1 inquiry even after downloading, within 3 months of receiving it and within 30 days of the day you knew or could have known about the problem.

There is currently no coupon granted automatically at sign-up. Coupon codes received through events and the like must be entered yourself in My Page > 'Coupons' > 'Register Coupon'. At checkout you can use either 1 coupon for the whole order or one individual coupon per product, but you cannot use both types together. Each coupon has conditions, such as Standard- or Commercial-only, products at or below a certain credit price, or specific products or categories, and it cannot be used if the conditions are not met. The same coupon code can be registered only once, and expired coupons are not issued again. Canceling an order that included a coupon restores the coupon. If improper use, such as receiving duplicates with multiple accounts, is confirmed, the coupon and the benefits gained from it may be revoked.

You can choose from FBX, ANIM, BIP, GLB, and MMD (VMD) in the settings window that appears when you download. FBX and ANIM can be 30, 60, or 120 fps. If the fps file you chose does not exist yet, the original fps file is downloaded, and pose motions are always the original. BIP, GLB, and MMD do not let you choose fps (the screen shows BIP and GLB at 120 fps, MMD at 30 fps). Support for BIP, GLB, and MMD differs by motion; for unsupported motions a notice appears and that file is not downloaded. If you choose MMD, one PMX model file (Noah or Ian) matching the motion's character is downloaded together with the VMD file.

For a motion that differs from its description or was not provided as contracted, you can request a refund even after downloading, within 3 months of receiving it and within 30 days of the day you knew or could have known about the problem. In a 1:1 inquiry (Download & files), please write the motion name, the format and fps you received, the program you use, and the symptoms, and attach a capture or video. Full compatibility with a specific program or engine is not guaranteed under the terms, so we will check your environment and advise on compatibility issues.

In Motion Studio you can apply a motion to your character (retargeting), edit it, and download it. Character files you can upload are FBX, PMX, VRM, and GLB (or a ZIP of these, up to 200MB). The purchased motions you can use in Studio are only those captured with the Noah and Ian characters. When downloading you can choose from GLB, FBX, ANIM, BVH, VRMA, and VMD; VMD only for PMX characters, and VRMA only for motions with T-pose information. The scope of use for results edited in Studio follows the license (Standard or Commercial) applied to that motion.

Each time you generate a motion, the server incurs a cost to analyze the video and compute the motion, so credits are deducted before you see the result. We do not offer pay-after-preview. The credits required are shown on the generate button. Generating from video is free the first time per account, and if a free generation fails and is refunded, the free attempt is restored. If generation fails, the deducted credits are returned as the same kind of credits.

Please check your spam folder first. If it is not there, you can get it again with 'Send email again' on the verification screen, and the verification link must be clicked within 1 hour of being sent. You can delete your account in My Page > 'Profile' > 'Delete account', and it cannot be undone. An active subscription is canceled along with it. Unused balances of top-up credits and subscription base credits do not disappear when you delete your account, and you can request a refund. Subscription bonus credits and bonus credits received from top-ups or events cannot be used after deletion and are not restored even if you sign up again. After deleting your account you cannot log in, so you cannot use 1:1 inquiries. For refunds, it is safest to inquire before deleting and get an answer; if you have already deleted your account, follow the email guidance for when you cannot log in (xstage@danstruct.co). If canceling the subscription fails, the account deletion does not proceed, so try again shortly or let us know through a 1:1 inquiry.
